Can i get some feedback on this stone? Do you think this is a good deal? Should I be concerned that the GIA dossier has no culet but the sarin is 5.5%? Should I be concerned about the feather and internal graining?

i would go for a 1.00cts.+ and drop to na f color, not that much of a difference in color almost the same price ,and on a resale/upgrade value more desirable.

otherwise the stone has a little bit of a heavy bottom thus makin the stone abit smaller looking.
