Hi everyone!
First time poster here. I've been searching for several weeks for the perfect diamond to have set so I can propose to my girlfriend. She has said many times she doesn't want anything too large and she usually likes the way .5 carat diamonds look. She prefers the round cut and tension set rings.
I found this diamond and it almost seems too good to be true. It is a RB .5 E color with a FL rating (GIA certified). I also ran the HCA and it registered at 1.8 with excellent light return, and very good fire, scintillation, and spread.

Here is the GIA report:

Why is it too good to be true? The price tag is only $2650.55.
So is this my perfect diamond or am I missing something?
Thank you!
