I want to incorporate the number 5 into a jewelry project. All I can think of is a 5 stone ring. Any other ideas?

Thanks

Not sure if you''re into star shapes, but that''s 5 sided...

Oops, pressed reply too soon! Maybe a cabochon sapphire star might be cool too? Or something along those lines. =)

Thanks I never even thought of the star idea. I like star sapphires so that might work. Please keep the ideas coming.

Or a V is five in roman numerals, if that helps?

Star sapphires have 6 rays, so although they may be pretty it won''t work.

Some free-flowing ideas:

A starfish (David Webb / Paul Flato), a five pointed star, a hibiscus flower (Van Cleef), a pyrite dodecahedral crystal, a Nautilus spiral shell (tenuous connection, but it''s there), a pentagram (musical stave), a violet / pansy, a rose, an apple flower or core, the pentagon building, Leonardo''s "ideal man" image
