Help with non-engagement setting for BGD re-cut 1.91rb (RHR)

I am patiently waiting for my diamond to be re-cut by Brian Gavin to a finished weight of 1.91. Meanwhile, I've been looking ar settings and trying to find something that does not scream Engagement Ring as it will be a RHR. I think I like the look of sapphire accents so that is an option.

Any suggestions?

I've got an idea. Or twelve. What do you think about this but with sapphire baguettes?

BGD could do it beautifully. And you can do a milgrain shank (see the Josette). Or you can do the Josette with sapphires.
