Hi All,

I have been hunting for the perfect engagement ring and have finally found it, the problem is my partner's ring size is N (we had it checked through a high street jeweller) and the size of the ring I want to buy is 16+ (only available). The jeweller is certain that it will fit comfortably. I on the other hand is a bit worried that it might not fit. When we checked her ring size, she tried on a size M and it fit but it was a tight squeeze.
It's also an eternity type ring that are supposedly difficult to resize.
Could any of you shed some light on the situation, should I go for the ring?

Thank you in advance.

You need to either show or explain what the back of it looks like to see if it can be resized - made bigger or not, if it is a plain piece of metal it should be O.K if it has pave stones all the way around then it will not be.

I love the design. The band is terrific and I'm actually considering a ER with a similar band.

On ring size.....I like to wear rings quite loose to allow for hot summer weather weight gain over the years after kids and with age!! With the band being reasonably wide and if she will wear a WB with this ring I would head in a larger size.
