Help with Gabriel & Co!

I was working with LuAnn over at ID Jewelry for several months. Sadly, she is no longer at ID Jewelery. This was devestating news as she was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Now I'm working with someone else from ID but the experience has been completely different. I'm no longer confident about making my purchase from ID.

Can anyone recommend another reputable retailer who has good pricing on Gabriel & Co pieces? I'm a serious buyer but feel like I need to just start over. I can't begin to describe how disappointed I am right now.

I am sorry you are having problems. I did not know LuAnn had left. There are many jewelers that stock Gabriel and Co, and probably some in the town you live in. IDJ is the only jeweler I know of who discounts, though, so I'd maybe try again and maybe try to work with someone else.

Before walking away from IDJ, I would ask specifically for Yekutiel.

If his communication style doesn't jive with yours, give Good Old Gold a try - I believe they carry Gabriel & co, too.
