Help with diamond

Hi all,

Does this diamond look cloudy? It is an eye clean SI2, no black spots. HCA score 1.7. The person I spoke with at Adiamor said it shouldn't be cloudy since it does not say something like, "clarity based on cloudiness" on the report. I just seems like too good of a price considering the size and the minimal number of inclusions.

The grade making inclusion are twinning wisp and it does say "Additional twinning wisps, additional clouds, pinpoints and surface graining are not shown." At an SI2 I think you are taking your chances with this one.
