Hi

I am looking at purchasing this particular diamond with the following specs.

Shape: Round
Carat weight: 0.90
Cut: Ideal
Color: F
Clarity: SI1
Certificate: GIA

Depth: 62.5%
Table: 53%
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Girdle: Medium to slightly thick
Culet: None
Fluorescence: None
Measurements: 6.18*6.21*3.87

Crown Angle: 34.5°
Crown %: 15.50
pavilion Angle: 41.0°
pavilion %: 43.00

I was wondering if the Table size was too small and the depth too large. Are the overall dimension specs good?

Please give your suggestions! Thanks!

Numbers are nice, but it would help if you had more information.

Hi dc,

The depth is a tad over what a lot of us prefer (62 or less), but not dreadful. And yes, the table is a hair smaller than most like to go (54).

What I''m curious most about is that GIA doesn''t give an "Ideal" cut grade. So who is saying it''s ideal?
