Help with diamond and setting

I am working on getting ready to propose. Just cannot decide on a ring!!!! I have this diamond in mind. Will this diamond appear colorless/white or yellow tinged and is it a really good diamond, avg, etc... Also, will you all suggest some settings (classic with a minor twist is idea for her).
