Help with Custom e-ring

I have been looking at rings for months and have finally found a design that I like, however I would like to tweak it just a bit. I have lurked and read many posts on here over the past few months and would love to get some input about my design ideas. Here are a couple of pictures of the ring that I like. I love the space in-between the shank being filled with diamonds but am thinking about going with french cut or princess cut diamonds instead of baguettes and would like to get rid of the milgrain and go for more of a flush pave look like the Laurie Sara. Anyway I would love to hear feedback about how it might look. Thanks
