there does seem to be a lot more green in this photo, which seems odd

Not bad at all. There are better princesses out there, but not by a whole lot. There's red all the way out to the corners and a pretty contrast pattern. The amount of leakage is less than typical for a princess. This was the one farmer gal suggested for you, right?

I'm not sure if it would make AGS0, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

For a princess the color spread is good and fairly even. I'd say that was an above average stone.

Yes this is the D stone that farmergal had recommended.
It's just out of the budget for a combined setting and stone. I will have to go with a simple setting ,most likely the four prong knife edge, to get in line with the budget.

My inital reaction was too little red, but with the larger table i think the crown angles are smaller and the surface areas is smaller than the smaller table stones. I do hope that the larger table will give the stone a nice spread for its ct weight.
