Help with antique ring

I would appreciate any info anyone may have on this ring. I know it's 18kt obviously and there are no other distinguishing marks. If anyone knows an approximate era or possibly even designer I would appreciate it! Thanks.

My gut says that's a 1970's - 1980's era ring... but that's little more than a guess.
