Help with a stone for a setting?

Well...the garnet didn't work out, it's a bit too light in saturation for me, but it sparkled almost like a diamond!

Well, bought this "minty" tourm from Dan, hopefully this one works out. It's a 6.4mm barion square from Oyo. Mostly posting to have record of a vendor photo if I keep it, lol. My computer has been fritzy like crazy!

ETA: no stone for the Mistral yet, but the light yellow cz currently in there doesn't bother me as much as the disturbingly neon blue cz in this ring! So I don't mind taking my time on that one.. I think I'm going to wait and save up to put a tsav in there...teehee..

I took a picture with my white diamond next to it so you can better see the color in the tourm. It can be hard to see the color since it's so bright that most of the time it seems almost white.

Not that I can see. The thing is crazy bright. I think it might actually look better in yellow gold than white, but I already have a white gold setting for it!
