Help with a Setting

Hi everyone, I''m new here, I''ve been lurking for a few weeks & finally decided to join.

I love the classic style of the setting I posted here,
but was wondering if anyone has come across a picture online of a similar setting but with an accent stone, like in this ring:

Try http://www.dvatche.com they have a setting called a surprise diamond setting check the solitaire section.

I would check out Scott Kay rings, this is one of them.

that's almost exactly what I was looking for, without the engraving it'd be perfect, although the engraving is kind of growing on me ... thank you so much!!!

And remember, you can always take all your pictures to a jeweler to have a custom ring made up...that way you could get that ring minus the engraving, plus any other little details you would like changed!
