Help with 2 Princess Cut Diamonds (ASET included)

First up to bat is a 1.05ct F SI1 Princess Cut Diamond. Predominantly eye-clean with the one inclusion you see on the ASET being visible only if you hold the diamond in the right light and know what you are looking for. Per the rep at James Allen, the inclusion is not offensive, off to the side, and hard to see.

The 2nd diamond is 1.02 carat F color VS2 clarity diamond. When comparing the ASET''s though, the SI1 has a lot more red while the VS2 seems to be mostly green.

What are your thoughts overall, both diamonds are in the range of 4k (which is around my budget).
