Help with 2+ct inclusions

Hello! I'm in the midst of purchasing a round stone and my jeweler has suggested the attached diamond (see attached pdf for the plot). I'm worried about the inclusions - do you foresee any integrity issues with the knot (or anything else)? Any opinions on this specific stone?

I'm also unsure whether the spread for this weight is smaller.

I can't really comment on the inclusions but it does face up slightly small for its size.
