help - unique ring setting

Hi everyone,

I am a long time viewer of information of pricescope and now, first time poster.

Basically, I need some help finding this setting from Birks from an online retailer to save a little money. Here is the link:

Also, I was hoping to replace the stone under to diamond solitare with a small, blue sapphire.

Has anyone seen something like this before?
