Help Tracking Down a Pendant Setting

I am trying to find a nice, simple platinum setting w/chain for a 2 carat round ...No catch or loop; diamond/setting attached to chain.
I saw what I think was a Piaget setting down at Breakers hotel in Palm Beach.....but it''s not on their website. It looked almost like two small platinum "ribbon tails" wrapped the top half of the diamond from the sides with a tiny twist at the top. I know this question is out there....but has anyone seen it.?...have any other ideas besides the full or half bezel. Thanks in advance to all!
