Got the quote from Tiffany; appreciate it if you let me know which one you would choose; BIG thanks for the help.

1.09 I VVS2 $15,300

1.16 H VVS2 $17,900

1.20 G VS1 $19,500

What are the measurements? A G is very nice and a VVS2 isn''t necessary.

Thanks. I am pondering about if it is a good idea to get that 1.2 G one or just that 1.09 I one..... what would be the difference appeared.

So what you're asking is what is the perceptible size difference between a 1.09 and a 1.20 Legacy cut? I can't imagine it's a very big difference.

We could get a better idea of how they would face up with the measurements but it definitely shouldn''t be a huge difference.

G would be a nice color. It''s almost colorless.

i would go for the 3rd one. it is a VS1 clarity but compare to a VVS you won''t be able to tell the difference with the naked eye, but colour is something you can see and G is a nice colour :)

however how big is her finger? a 1.2 Ct centre stone might look big if she have tiny fingers, given the amount of details on a legacy. so are these center stone weights or total carat weight?

her ring size is 4. I saw the legacy ring in the store, they looks relatively small compared to round shape. the carat is for the center stone only.
Interesting things: all these three were on hold, now the only one they found me closed to those is:
1.10 H VVS2 $17000.

Thanks.

I would choose the 1.20 ct G VS1. You will have a white, clean stone with nice finger coverage

Based upon my experience, I think you will notice the size difference. As the Legacy stone is smaller than a RB, I think you will be happy with this choice.

I''d take the 1.09. The color difference between a G and an I, as well as the size difference between 1.09 and 1.2, isn''t huge nor greatly noticeable and it certainly doesn''t justify paying over $4,000 more...
