Help to review CAD please (feeling like almost there!)

Hi all! After my previous post asking about sapphire dimensions... I recently received the 2nd (or 3rd??) CAD draft. Feeling like so close to pull the trigger now but it's my first time reviewing CAD files so not quite confident, I'd like to get your help please!

I'm unsure whether this setting has the centre stone secure enough - might ask to add gallery rail on the upper & bottom sides.
Apart from this, do you spot any potential issue on the setting's durability/ security?

I'm also curious about sizing beads or euro shank - I have bigger knuckles so suspect the ring would likely spin a lot... If you have tried either please let me know if it works well!

The sapphire is sitting nice and low, and the prongs look great on all gems. I don't outright see any potential issues. I can't speak to the sizing beads, but hopefully someone else will chime in. This is going to be lovely! Good luck!!
