Can someone help me replace my wife's lost ring? I'm told there is a reference number 31508 but I don't even know what that means. Attached is a photo. The metal is platinum...

This looks similar. Email Whiteflash and show them the pic. They can probably make the prongs more similar to your pic (shared). They can put in whatever size diamonds you want
