Help sourcing a platinum engraved wedding band

I am looking for a wedding band to wear with my antique solitaire.

I am looking for something in platinum, between 1.8 and 2.3mm in width, but only (here is the kicker) 1.1 to 1.3mm thick/tall. I would like it to have some sort of engraving or patterning, like milgrain. It does not need to be a true antique, but that is a bonus.

I am not looking for diamonds specifically, but some single cut embellishments would not be terrible. I prefer only platinum though. I love orange blossom style bands.

And it needs to be cheap :Up_to_something: Under $1000 for sure, ideally closer to $500.

Size 6.5 to 7, or able to resize to that range.

Help!!

Attached is an image showing the engraving on my solitaire.

Libby is very good at this - hopefully she'll come along! I'm just popping in for another chance to see your new ring in action.

I'm terrible at this... But couldn't sleep... Saw this one....

I actually really like this one with it because it has these marquise shapes on the sides of the e-ring.

Thank you both for those! I had not seen either. I like them both a lot for different reasons. The one you posted TGal is just too $$ for what it is, I did find another very similar for more like $450, and the one you posted May is a little too worn for my insane eye... I aslo dont' thnk I want so many diamond! But thanks a lot! Both helped me narrow my own thinking.

Lady, I posted it knowing about your superior negotiations skills. ;)) Clearly I do not think you'll be paying asking price for it, or anywhere near it. :cheeky:

So what is your narrowed thinking now thinking based on these?

haha... I have rarely had luck negotiating on the ones where there is no "make offer" button, at least not as much as I would want.

I think I want something with a sharper edge to match my own ring a little more, and wheat engraving if possible like on my engagement ring. I have found one I really like but it needs resizing which is complex. I am waiting to see if the seller can do it -- it would not be cost effective for me to buy it and resize myself because the only local person who can do it is really expensive.

If not a matchy look like that then I still want the square cross section to match, and if diamonds only a few.

Hmmm. Maybe I should not have asked for help  Now people have posted ones I am talking to vendors about! Oh well.

 It's a small vintage world out there. I'll bow out now! ::)

I love the one that Rubybeth and T-Gal posted! It's so so so pretty! It sounds like you're on your way to finding something wonderful.
