Help ---- Scammed on Ebay

Reading this just makes me sad...

While I don''t think most people are looking to rip people off... it''s these few frauds who ruin the experience for everyone.

I am SO scared to buy anything on eBay these days. You can see how so many of the photos are fake, misrepresented etc.

I saw a vendor listing Daniel K Ads - as the rings they were selling. (I reported it to eBay and the auctions were pulled.)

It just sad to me. There are so many honest people out there overshadowed by the bad.

Well the latest is that they sent me a return authorization after I told them I had made an appointment with an attorney, and I returned the ring. They still won''t send me the ring I was supposed to get, but are "saying" I"ll receive a refund within 30 days. I really hope no one else has to learn this lesson the hard way like I have.

I hope you get your refund. Sorry you had to go through this. Just chalk it up to a life lesson.
