Help reading an AGS report

So I received an AGS report for a diamond I am currently interested in. Only issue is I don't know what to do with it. Can anyone help me with what I should be looking for? I have attached the report.
What would be a typical price for this diamond? Anything wrong that I should be aware of?

Basically it looks like a very good stone. All the AGS Ideal 0 means that it is top of the line in those categories. Hence it would be called an ACA AGS000. You cant get any better than that on paper. Now all you have to do is see it with your own eyes and see if you really like it. The table and depth percentages look real good also as well as the crown height. Just plug it into this calculator and check for yourself if you have any doubts.

Is $4500 a reasonable price for this stone? Was hoping for a $3500-$4000 budget, but it is difficult finding good princess stones that are this good at a cheaper price. Maybe I should just fork over the extra cash.

I hear you since I was battling to stay with in budget for my !ct princess cut. Just the fact that it carries an AGS report will make the price jump with respect to it having a GIA report. The AGS just gives so much more info and really takes alot of stress out of the purchase. You can probably find something in your budget if you drop down to sn I-J, SI1 Try out B2C they are the vendor on here that I got my stone from and believe me this stone is beautiful. They usually have the same stone as some of the other vendors but are usually are less expensive. Ex. there was a $600 difference in the same exact stone when I was searching BTW B2C and Whiteflash.

Does the $4500 price, include your pricescope and wire discount? If not this could help you get closer to your budget. I believe that WF also offers a $75 discount for first time buyers. Something to look into anyway.

Something else to consider if you plan to shop other vendors, is to take a look at their add-ons. Some vendors offer better warranties, upgrade, trade in and buy back policies than others. If you think you may want to upgrade the stone in the future, an important anniversary, special occasion etc, this could become very valuable and could potentially save you a lot of money over trying to sell the stone on the secondary market.
