Help - PP Charm bracelet

I purchased the PP charm bracelet with 3 loose pearls and need a little help from those that have it - how do I open the links?. I see in the links a little line where I guess you should be able to open it but mine won't budge! Is there a secret to easily open & close the links? Feeling really stupid here!!!

On the link with the line, push in -- they open inward, with a spring. Let me know if that works.
