I am considering 3 stones. All are GIA certified

Stone 1.
Cushion Modified Brilliant

Thin-very thick faceted
Depth 69.4%

Stone 2

Medium- Extremely thick faceted

There is a third stone I'm looking at but I dont have as much information

(I don't have any more information or pictures and am going to look at it today)

I'd appreciate your thoughts on these stones - do you think they're good?

Also is a GIA J very low in color to go? Everyone says go E-G if possible and give up on size.

The J stone is too tinted for me, and the other one doesn't look like it has very good symmetry. I'd look at Engagement Rings Direct and Good Old Gold for cushions. They can bring some in if they don't have the specs you want at the moment.

Examples of well cut cushions (look for excellent symmetry):

She wants a 9x7 cushion. I tried to explain the problems with that. But... didn't seem to make an impression.

I don't like either of them. But the E is the better of the two.
