Help please: Good Value $10K Diamond?

Hi All,

I am in the market for a loose diamond, and came across this 1.3ct one:

I would really appreciate your feedback whether this is a good diamond for the price? My budget is $10,000 and from the fellow forum'ers here have learned that cut is most important. I would prioritise getting more carats as possible as second priority.

What do you all think? Are these better or are you able to recommend others?

That first one!. These two stone is basically the same diameter so it is a no brainer I'd go for the ACA! + you will save $200.
