Help picking a RB diamond please.

I LOVE the HPD diamond that @Dancing Fire recommended, but it is a bit more than I'd hoped to spend. In your expert opinions, would it be a good option to prioritise a super ideal cut and go down a colour grade to I?

Not a 1.65ct but here's my friend's 1.23ct I VS1 CBI on a 6 prong PT setting. The bottom one is my old H VS1 2.60 ct CBI. Both stones are from HPD.

I've made a decision and have ordered the WF ACA that @lovedogs recommended! I asked WF for a better price to bring the diamond within my budget and they were happy to oblige. It will take a couple of days for the funds to transfer and then a few days more to FedEx to me in Australia, but I should have it by the end of next week - I can't wait! Thanks again to everyone for your help
