I've narrowed down diamond options to these two choices. Which of the two would be the best purchase?

I've asked James Allen consultants and they replied that 1.01 diamond looks to have more fire but no noticeable difference when you look at them; however, the 1.07 one is more worth to buy with same price and bigger size.
Please advise which one is better as I am not sure how difference in terms of brilliance / fire / sparkle between the 1.01 & 1.07 diamond according to the above proportions and the ideal scope images; although I have read many materials through the internet and this forum.
