Can anyone help evaluate? does the cloud in the center impact the clarity of this stone?

This one doesn't appear as precise...could be the lighting and photography set up, or it could be some added digging - the center appears to be a bit less bright and lively.

Have you checked other sellers for these diamonds for the sake of price comparison/price matching?

Yep, I feel that is a stout deal for a very well cut and proportioned diamond with clean HPHT material...nice choice!
