I am looking for help to see who can make this specific style of a 4 prong solitaire setting. The difference with this setting is if you look closely where the ring shank and head/prongs meet is much more fluid, it feels as if the setting is made from one continuous metal.

I spoke to a highly regarded jeweler in NYC already and he considered the above settings to be a cheap die-struck mounting available from any supplier but I have visited a handful of in store jewelers who shows settings that looks much like the ones below which is NOT what I want

So is the setting I am looking for really just a CAD created cheap setting or something that can only be achieved with bench made. I have purchased an ACA stone that I want to match with a simple but yet high quality ideally bench made setting.

The second photo looks like the Scholdt Fremont... which is not a "cheap" setting. It's lovely. The other two... well, they look like temporary or placeholder settings. <-- I'm being nice here. ;-)

IDJewelry in NYC has many brand and stock settings and they do custom and they're recommended by pricescopers.

Show (or email) pictures of settings you like and ask them for options. Tell them pricescope sent you to set your ACA.

Why not have Whiteflash make you a custom mounting for your ACA? Makes sense to me.
HPD made custom mountings for my CBI diamonds and I can say that the polish on the HPD mounting is far surperior to my Vatche setting when viewed side by side.
I would assume that WF can do the same for your ACA.
