Help needed to identify style and material of ring

Hi,
I bought this ring at an antique market in Spain and I'm very curious about the style, material and period it is from. The band is silver 925 but the top has yellow gold. It seems handmade. The stones are cold to the touch so they don't seem like plastic but they could be glass. What do you think? Does the pattern have a specific meaning? Thank you for your input!

Since the ring is stamped for silver, it seems unlikely that it wouldn't also be stamped for gold if the top of the ring is indeed gold, especially since it would be a substantial amount of gold. No expertise involved there, but it seems unlikely that they'd hallmark only the less valuable metal.
