Help needed to analyse this diamond

I saw some black spots in the video. Not sure if is the lighting ？ will this affect the look? But the eyeclean report was a Y.. so was puzzled why am I able to see the black spots in video.

Does the video show it as naked eye or with microscope view?

The video has the stone highly magnified, so naturally you won't see it as well when you are looking at it at 6.8mm. Whether or not having a black inclusion is acceptable or not depends on the individual and how clarity sensitive they are. I doubt it would be noticeable, though.
