Help!!! Need your opinion on 2 stones for an engagement ring

Please help me choose between these 2 diamonds. I desperately need some advice for an engagement ring! After some research, I've narrowed it down to these two.

Diamond 1:

Cut Excellent
Polish Excellent
Symmetry Excellent
Color F
Clarity VS2

I like Diamond 1 because of the F color and H&A, but the additional comments in the GIA report are turning me away from that diamond. Diamond 2 is more expensive but seems like a solid choice without any additional GIA comments, but it is a lesser color G but has better clarity.

I'm leaning toward Diamond 2. What do you guys think?

Bout the same. Since the comments do not state that the inclusions are grade setting, those inclusions will be VS1 or better, you will only need to bother about the plotted inclusion.

i just read that when a GIA reports has "Additional Inscription: H&A", it does not necessarily mean that the stone is a true H&A. Is this true? Kinda misleading...

GIA is just noting what's already on the stone - someone somewhere had someone somewhere inscribe H&A onto the girdle. Since we don't know anything about who did it, how they determined H&A, whether H&A is even supposed to actually mean Hearts and Arrows... :halo:
