Help me with this diamond: 1.75ct VS1 D 3EX

Do you think this diamond is good? Any concerns or risks? Thanks in advance for helping me making this most important decision in my life!!!

Spec: 1.75ct VS1 D 3EX
GIA date: early 2019 (this is quite old? should I be concerned???)

Do you have a vendor photo/video or an ASET image? The report does seem pretty old--the diamond may not be in the same condition now.

Thanks! Unfortunately, they don't have ASET image or image could share with me. Not sure if it is because the ring is coming from one of the "high-endish" stores..

Can you bring your own ASET or Idealscope? Look at it in every kind of lighting, even in a very dark corner.

a GIA 3X is not always going to be an actual 3X - note fire is the only one marked excellent; everything else is 'very good'.
