Help me pick a ring

If anyone can help me out I also have a ring question? I know that she want a princess cut ring.Im looking to spend $2000-$3000. What are the 4c''s should I look for in that price range. I know that there is a LEO and many other kinds. What is the best.

You should start with the tiutoral and learn a bit about diamonds.

You then could ask her girlfriends / sisters etc for some advice on styles - color of metal etc.
leave magazines around open to pages of diamond ring ad''s for her to comment on etc

I know the style and band. I just not really sure what quality I need to look for. I want it to look good to her and other people.
