Hi Ladies,
I went to try dresses on for the first time today. Please tell me which one you like best. This first one was supppper nice (it was a Pronovias but I am concerned with the cleavage. My dad''s side of the family is pretty conservative....

That dress is VERY flattering to your curves... beautiful

Ok ladies dress #2... this was the Paloma Blanca one I fell in love with online but as predicted- just doesn''t look right with my bust line... What you think?

Can you tell I think that dress is amazing, AND it looks phenomenal on you?

ETA - I had only seen the first dress when I posted this. I'm thinking Im gonna love the second dress on you too :)

Dress #2 is gorgeous!! BUT I like the first one better!

Ok this is the last one I liked - another Paloma Blanca and it was super light and comfortable. I think it''s my favorite so far.

It's kind of hard to tell for the second dress because it only shows a close up picture.

The first dress is very flattering on you, but I understand if you aren't used to wearing those kind of clothing. It looks great! It hugs at the right places

ETA, we were posting at the same time. I do like the third one too. It's a different statement from the first.
The third one looks like it's too big on the bust and it accentuates it more, but fitting may be all that is needed.
ETA2, same time posting again! I like the third one a lot!

I vote for dress one. You can tell that you are "blessed" up top in all three dresses, so I don''t think the conservative factor really comes into play here. Plus, some would argue that straps are more conservative than strapless. Anyways, I think the first dress does the most for your figure. IT''s really flattering and it''s a gorgeous dress! I also feel like YOU are wearing the dress, rather than the dress wearing you.

Wow, dress 1 definitely shows off your great figure! However, I think my favorite is dress 3. It still shows off your curves, but is draped very elegantly and isn''t quite as va-va-voom as dress 1 (your FI might like that, but as you mentioned, some of your more conservative relatives might be a bit shocked

)

I don''t think dress 2 works as well for your figure, but it is such a lovely dress. But 3 is really, really lovely on you. That would be my vote!

I dig dress #1! wasn''t surprised that it''s Pronovias- i luv their styles. Mandarine''s dress (another fave of mine) was also from one of Pronovias lines (san patrick?)

However, know that Appletini had issues with her lovely dress (which was VERY similar to this one) Quality control had something to do with it... do a search so you''re informed.

Which one were you the most comfortable in? All three are lovely, and I bet you'll be gorgeous, whichever one you pick.

ETA - I pick #3 over #2, so I would choose between #1 and #3 depending on your comfort level.

Also, I bet you could find that same shape/fabric as dress #1 without such a low cut if you checked other designers.

Hey Guilty! So you like the 1st one best? I think my fiance would too but my dad might have a heart attach with that much of my cleavage showing

I vote numero uno... however, they are completely different styles. Which one do you feel most comfortable in?

If you don't mind me asking. I am in love with the pronovias and so is FF, but I also worry about "falling out" of the top... what size are you?

Hi Meresal,

I am a dress size 4/5 and my bust is a 34 D.

How tall are you? I think #1 makes you look longer and leaner if that makes any sense!?

Hi hi - I am 5''7. I think it has to do with the pictures too - the pics where taking up close for the last dress. Also - the first dress is definetly more fitting... the last one is more ball gowny...

I think it really does a lot for your figure. If I may speak bluntly, I don''t think number two flatters your figure as well. And I don''t mean that in a "ooh you look sexier in number one" way, but more just dealing with your larger bust and what would keep them "up". I do think that if you are not comfortable showing that much cleavage, then you shouldn''t pick it, because you don''t want to be self conscious on your wedding day. BUT - I love that dress. IT''s also just my opinion because that cut and material is on the top of my own wedding dress wish list! I think number three is gorgeous as well, and if I hadn''t seen #1 I would have chosen that one.

It really comes down to what YOU want! Do you have your heart set on a strapless? As I mentioned earlier, you could always look for a similar dress that wasn''t as low cut or ask the salon about what you can do in alterations to give you a tad more coverage. I bet just taking up the straps to the appropriate length would show off less cleavage.

Very true! You have a really great little shape! I''m very well endowed too..I would personally worry about the strapless dresses, I would hate to be pulling it up all night and worrying about my (*ahem*) ladies popping out to say hello! haha

Wow! You have a fabulous figure, all three look great. I think #1, second choice (going against the grain here) is #2. I would like to see some shots further away on that one though. If you are already concerned now about the first being to revealing....you should really think about it. I wouln''t want to be obsessing and thinking about that on my wedding day, if you think that you would. You really can''t go wrong with any of them though....

If you are comfortable with the cleavage, then I would go for it. Your dad will be shocked, but I think he will get over it. Personally, I would be very uncomfortable and choose #3. But I think #1 is the most flattering for your figure.
Another thing to consider is that these are very different style of dresses. Are you going for fun or formal? #1 is fun, #3 is formal.
