The two small bands just result in a whole mess o'' sparkle w/no borders. I think your e-ring gets totally lost.
What about just ONE of the smaller size diamond bands, below the e-ring?

Your ring is one of my favorites on PS!![]()
I think less is more in this case - the two thin bands don''t balance your ring, in my opinion, and they add too much ''shimmery'' bling.
I like the first band -- but only one of those; two would overwhelm your hand, I think.
I think a plain 2 or 3 mm classic half-round band would be gorgeous, too, and then you could wear the first band with the plain band on days you don''t want to wear your e-ring -- another nice option.
I REALLY think this is the most common "mistake" people make re: wedding rings. What percentage of folks go on to actively regret their decision -- unknown.Date: 4/20/2010 4:47:05 PM

When I was getting married I was like you and wanted diamonds on my WB the bigger the better! Just because I could. And I got a band like that and over time came to realize that it was too large and totally distracted from my e-ring.
I think it is easy to get caught up in the bling and the excitement of choosing a wedding band. I know that I did. But the reality is that in most daily wear situations an eternity or semi-eternity diamond band is not practical, and if you want to wear the eb all the time it becomes very impractical. I actually never wear my original wb anymoreDate: 4/20/2010 4:56:30 PM

I agree with this, I don''t think either of the diamond bands does anything for your E-ring at all. I always think stacking works better with solitaires rather than three stones. If you really need diamond try somthing with alot more metal showing.Date: 4/20/2010 5:53:12 PM

I''m not loving either of those, to be honest.
Your three-stone is huge and a very busy, commanding piece! I think the diamond bands distract from it rather than enhance it.. I''d love to see a plain band, perhaps with one of the smaller eternities with the plain in between.

NO FLANKING. Please, for the love of Golum, don''t sandwich that beautiful ering. The photo of the two plain bands was HORRIFYING to me! (keeping it real)
Why? Why? WHY?
There are some e-rings that look okay with flanking bands. But I would NEVER EVER EVER do it with your e-ring. It loses all its punch and flair & sinks into an abyss.
It takes a while to get used to the way your e-ring will look with a wedding band. HONESTLY it is a hard transition for very many of us. Maybe you''re feeling it just doesn''t look ''right'' with a single band but I swear you would get used to it quickly. Trying to gild the lily with two bands and be all symmetrical or whatever is SERIOUSLY detracting from the beauty of your ring. And that is no small feat. Trust!

Here is a picture of two silver bands I have I think they are 2.3mm each (the tiffany elsa peretti ones).. If I did more than one band, each one would need to be 2mm or less..
Anyway, this picture just gives an idea..
