help me find the right setting (x-prong with baguettes)

Hello all,

I''ve just joined the forums today but I have been doing a lot of reading here for a few weeks. My BF and I are in the process of finding a 1ct cushion cut center diamond, but I can''t seem to find the setting I''d like. I would like 2 tapered baguettes on either side of the center stone. Since this is a classic style there are many options to choose from in this general category. However, I''m also looking for an x-prong/lucida type of head, and I can''t seem to find any settings like this! The closest one I found is on Whiteflash http://www.whiteflash.com/engagement-rings/3-stone-engagement-ring-with-baguettes-and-x-prong-head_1383.htm#, but it has 4 baguettes total and I''d really prefer just 2. Thanks for the suggestion DiamondGirl. The Vatche one is very similar to what I''m looking for, but instead of the basket head I''d like the style where the prongs cross over each other in the middle. I am talking to a jeweler who will make it custom for me, but I thought I''d try to find one out there that already exists, to try to keep the costs down...

or try Brian Gavin He doesn''t have exactly one like you are lloking for but many PSers have him make things and the are BEAUTIFUL. Plus he had the type of head you are lloking for for your Diamond.
