Ok follow-up question - settings!

I know some don't like martini 3 prongs bc they sit into the ear and enlarge holes, yes? I don't think I'll be wearing these THAT much!

Is a 4 or 6 prong with a flatter back so it doesn't sink in preferable? Why? Wouldn't the fact that it sticks out more mean that it's more likely to droop?

What about a lever-back drop? Would those get front-weighted and droop too?
