I am looking for a 2 carat round diamond colour H or I . I would consider a SI1 but only an eye clean one. Ideal cut.

I only have a budget of 15 to 16K because i am in Australia and our dollar is so bad at the moment. I intend to set it into a halo but will probably only do that if the price is ok otherwise Ill get it sent to me and set it locally.

If anyone can help I would be so appreciative. I just walked away from a deal with Zoara as they have such bad customer service. They kept ringing and insisting I ring my bank and do a wire transfer but I had already transferred the money onto my cc to pay them. They claimed that could not take a payment above 15,000 USD is this normal?

I think you are better off looking for another one, plenty of experts here that will help you find a better cut hearts and arrow

Thanks KK i am just impatient as well but I know it will be better to take the time needed to find the right diamond. I am going to start looking in Australia as well although you don't seem to get as good here for your money but I guess I don't have to muck around with exchange fees and gst costs.

I really don't think you'll find a 2ct for $12K USD in your given parameters.

lol. I feel the same way. It's so easy to wait for other people's rings to come in. Not so much when it's yours. Is this ring for you or are you proposing (sorry, can't tell from your post)? If the latter, how are you going to do it?

The ring is to replace my older engagement ring, it was second hand and we always said when we can we will upgrade. My original engagement ring is beautiful too it is a three stone but .75 carots total. It looks lovely on my right hand to. This is also our 15th wedding anniversary pressie for me as well as a big birthday coming up.
