Today I brought her a ring she gave to my mom. It''s a 3 carat green tourmaline set in 18k YG in a fillagree setting. Mom never wore it. So Nanny called her up and said I want it back!! We finally got it from mom, got it sized and Nanny is wearing it on her pinky finger. She humphed and said never should have given it to her in the first place. She wouldn''t know fine jewelry if it hit her in the head.

Sad but sooo true!!

Awww, that is sooo sweet. Hell yeah she will wear it with pride, you can bet on that!!! On another note today while I was there, she showed me an almost empty can of cocktail peanuts. I found a note at the bottom of it. Nanny wrote, I HAVE your fingerprints. Now someone is stealing her stash of snacks?? I just bought her this can of peanuts last week. She is pissed!! But that note she wrote in her sloppy handrwriting is a riot. She asked me what if we have a can as a decoy and sprinkle something nasty over the peanuts, then they''d be sorry. What a hoot. For anyone that is concerned about the new ring being stolen don''t be. She''s going to wear it 24/7. I will be the only one to take it off and clean it. We are playing it safe. The peanut eater, watch out cause your mouth is going to burn something fierce!!
