Help me find a stone this color....

Just a thought but is this going to be for an everyday ring? If so then Morganite, Zircon, Malaya Garnet, Tourmaline etc., won't probably be hardy enough (unless you're super careful). So that basically leaves you with a brown or brown/pink diamond that unfortunately will cost more than you probably want to spend.

I also agree with TL that even though I own a couple of Malaya's I really really really don't like them. They tend to shift in colour and will look more brown during the day (which I personally don't like). At night however, mine come alive and look like a totally different, and gorgeous, pinkish/purple/peach gemstone. I've also found them incredible difficult to set in the correct colour gold specifically because of this colour shift. So, whilst a Malaya may perform nicely, my Morganites outshine them each and every time because their colour is stable in all lights!

Yup, I agree with this. Definitely not a day time stone. TL, perhaps you need to get out more at night with yours!
