Help me find a ~2600 Diamond

Okay I''m at it again. I was here before but ran low on funds. Looking for something around .75+, GHI, Eye Clean SI1,VS2 , and an ideal cut. Thanks for the help
 
Okay the request is out there, we''ll see what they say. They are honest about it being eye clean?

Yes they will be but please make your expectations concerning '' eyecleanliness'' extremely clear so you and the vendor are on the same page. It looks like a nice diamond SC suggested, do make sure though as a grade setting cloud is noted on the clarity plot that this cloud is not impacting performance, ask the gemologist to check this for you.

No images or report posted. Borderline combination that could be good with an IS image. Slightly smaller diameter than the lighter stone I posted. Get all the images before deciding.

Ditto, for now I would prefer Stone''s selection if eyeclean and the cloud checks out but request the images for this one then we can take a look.

I asked if the cloud is impacting performance
 
So I got a answer back on the first diamond http://www.jamesallen.com/diamonds/I-SI1-Ideal-Cut-Round-Diamond-1213134.asp?b=16&a=12&c=77&cid=131 This diamond is an eye clean diamond. You also had questioned whether the cloud would impact the performance, and no, the cloud will not impact the performance of this diamond.
The other diamond is new and they do not have the info about it up yet and wont till next week. So this diamond above is good and should sparkle pretty nice right? Only thing I''m worries about is the I color.
 
So I had asked for a real sized image of diamond and good thing I did, this is what I just got back after they told me it was eye clean

Per your request, attached is the picture of diamond item # 1213134. We also had a graduate gemoligist look at the diamond to determine if the diamond is eye clean, and unfortunately, the diamond is not eye clean; which means some of the inclusions are visible to the naked eye. The diamond does have a very nice cut and does not appear to milky or cloudy, however, there are little crystals scattered around the diamond that is reflecting a lot.

They did recommend this diamond, I think it may be a bit high in clarity.

I'll ask about eye clean on the H SI1 one it also say crystal and cloud under clarity characteristic is that okay?, should I request anything else for that one? Is that other one being Premium cut okay?

Thats a nice diamond, depends on your preferences whether it is too high in clarity.
 
Okay just heard back, more bad news. Can not get an idealscope image for either since they are not in house. Any other diamonds. Thanks so much.

how does that sound?
 
I think I'd be fine until the first time the light hit the stone at that exactly right angle, then I'd be hyper aware of it ALL THE TIME and keep looking for it in any and all lighting conditions and... it would really bug me. For earrings or a pendant no problem, but for an e-ring stone... I'd go the safe, totally eyeclean route.

It definitely depends and your/your intended's tolerance.

Again not eye clean. They assure me over there that they can find me one. what ya think? any suggestions. Also James Allen will not pull anymore idealscopes for me, they said they limit it at 3?
They also said they would help look. What do I tell them I am looking for?
 
Hmm... should not be. Maybe you need to release some of the stones back into circulation? Check with them again cause they will hold the stones for you while you consider it, request for IS images.

Ask them to look for stones that score below HCA 2, table between 54-60% and crown angles between 33.5-35.5 degrees.
 
Here are some numbers from expert Todd Gray which should find you a well cut diamond just going by these proportions, it narrows the room for error considerably if you can't get more Idealscope images. You can give these numbers to JA and ask them to search for diamonds which match.

Total depth between 59 - 61.8%
Table diameter between 53 - 57%
Crown angle* between 34.3 - 34.8 degrees
Pavilion angle* between 40.6 - 40.9 degrees
Girdle between thin to slightly thick
Culet: GIA none or AGS pointed (same concept)
