Help me decide. Very good cut on GIA but 1.8 on HCA

I am looking at a stone from James Allen, and wondering if this is a good deal.

It is 1.9 carat, H SI2, Very Good cut diamond. Although it's not an excellent cut, it scores 1.8 on HCA. It also says there's cloud that drops the clarity down to SI2.

I was mainly looking for ~2 carat, H+ color, SI1, with excellent cut. But this one comes very close to my criteria, and it's priced at $11,000.

Is this a good deal? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

This is a steep-deep stone. That means it has the diameter of 1.7ct well-cut stone. Also, a clarity-making cloud could make the stone look dull.

I'd probably pass. It's so deep that it won't look like an almost 2ct diamond. More like 1.7 or so

How much would be interesting?

Thank you for constructive comments. I was wondering why this one was so cheap.

That clarity comment is almost a death sentence for SI2 stones. Very likely that the stone will have diminished brightness.

Yes definitely pass, didn't see the certificate before
