Help me choose a style!

I just won this diamond on eBay for $137:

It's about 4.8mm, H, SI, and currently in a belly ring. I would like to set it in a half bezel ring.

Would you:

1) Go plain, half bezel white gold.

2) Half bezel Etoile style scattered diamonds in band, White Gold.

3) Half bezel Etoile style scattered colored sapphires in band, WG.

4) Half WG bezel Etoile style scattered diamonds in band, Yellow Gold.

I have mostly platinum and white gold jewelry, so a yellow gold piece might be fun. However, I have a sentimental piece that looks kinda similar. It's a graduation gift from my mom, 1.13 G IF.

Would you go with any of the above styles? Do you have any other recommendations?

I vote number 2..i think diamonds scattered in the band is so pretty and like the little added razzle dazzle it gives.

Fabulous eBay buy. I should spend more time looking out there. There is just soooo much junk to sift through to find those few gems.

I would do the etoile style that ep does and do it in some funky color like the lavender gold!! haha I''m not kidding - then sprinkle it all over with more of the same.

But what I am thinking of for myself when I get an irb is to have it fully bezel set in one of those domey type rings for a middle finger ring. The Bird''s Eye hahah -

I also vote for the one sunshine posted. You could stack eternity bands with it when (if you haven''t already) you get those from ebay!
