Help! Looking for a mix of these two settings

I have looked through hundreds of settings, even the 26 pages of halo settings on this website. I have not been able to find anything that even comes close to the attached two pictures. Please direct me to the right website if you have seen these! Will need the ring to fit a 1.7 round brilliant.

I think I found your second pic or at least it's a close runner up to it. It's Diadori model number DFWR2301 but I can't find a photo online. They have a free ipad app called The Vow which shows their rings. I did a screen shot of the ring:
