H will be plenty white.
Fluor will lift the colour in some lights.
VS1 should be eye-clean.
HCA score under 2 indicates crown and pavilion angle work together.
58 table is at the larger end of the PS-recommended range, but still fine.
35 crown is higher than some and should increase the opportunity for coloured fire.

Overall, looks like a very promising stone to my eyes.

An ASETscope image would confirm cutting accuracy and any areas of leakage.

35/40.8 is a slippery slope IMO. If faceting is spot on then not a problem. Technically within the 34-35 crown and 40.6-40.9 pavilion recommended ranges.

But you are pairing a steep crown with a steep pavilion, which can be done but only when precision faceting also occurs.

Add in the rounding and averaging associated with GIA certs and fact I've seen several bunk ASET images on this particular angle combo and I'm saying to proceed with caution.

I'd personally want an ASET image to confirm there is no leakage. If the dealer you are purchasing from doesn't have the images you can buy your own ASET scope for about $50, take the gamble and return the diamond if it fails.
