It is a good 36.0/40.6. It has more leakage, I would not say detrimental.
3k for 0.3 carat gain in this carat/color/clarity range is very attractive.

I say the two are about equal.

with a smaller table I would agree but the 58 table means everything would have to be perfect for it to passing grade in my opinion and the photo does not indicate that.
