Mine is a 10x8 Crystal opal. First ever opal purchase! I’m thinking Art Deco vibe, but I also like art nouveau. Not sure yet!

I have looked at green lake but not swank. Greenlake often seems too “busy” in design to me

Heee! I have also been perusing magical melee for options! Check out www.wildfishgems.com for some! I am trying to restrain myself a bit and design a ring that I would feel comfortable wearing in my everyday life! I get easily inspired. I wear T-shirts and jeans mostly; my thoughts of a diamond and emerald halo have me sipping champagne at a red carpet event... not exactly my lifestyle!

Yeah I'm not a halo gal, BUT i do love accent stones/side stones!
I've been stalking every thing from diamond 3mm pairs to the mastercut emerald pair on sale to rubies to sapphires! Ooph! I don't even know what design I want though, or seen the opal! I probably want to play up the predominant opal colors but can't tell from the video what that is...
